We do not charge a consultation fee.
For appointments at our Havant or London branches, we take payment at the appointment. For appointments at our Bristol branch, we take payment in advance a few days before via a payment link.

*Our urgent fee applies to appointments booked with less than 72 hours’ notice, or where required pre-appointment information is not received more than 72 hours before the appointment. The urgent fee is based on how much notice we have to prepare your documents, not on how quickly your AHC is issued. Your AHC is still issued at your appointment.
We offer a 10% discount for repeat bookings made within 2 years, provided your country of entry, pet details and rabies details remain the same.
Late Rescheduling Fee: Appointments rescheduled within 7 days of the appointment date may incur a £30 fee. There is no fee for rescheduling more than 7 days in advance.

For appointments outside of our opening hours, there is an additional out of hours fee from £50
Prices shown apply to bookings made on or after 1 March 2026. If you booked before this date, your previously confirmed pricing will still apply.
