Book an AHC Appointment

This booking calendar is for EU Animal Health Certificate (AHC) appointments only. If you pet is travelling outside of the EU, please click here for more information.​

 

When booking, please make sure your appointment is less than 10 days from your departure date and more than 21 days after your pet’s rabies vaccination. If you have a dog and you are travelling to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Finland, Malta or Norway and you would like us to administer the required tapeworm treatment, please ensure your appointment is between 24 and 120 hours before your scheduled arrival time. 

 

Once your booking is confirmed, please carefully read your confirmation email. This outlines all information and documents we need from you before your appointment. Providing these on time is essential to avoid delays or additional fees.

For appointments at our Havant or London branches, payment is taken at the appointment. For Bristol appointments, payment is taken in advance via a payment link.

 

Important Information about urgent bookings:

Appointments booked with less than 72 hours’ notice, or where we do not receive the completed pre-appointment form and clinical history at least 72 hours before the appointment, will incur an urgent fee of £198 for the first pet (standard fee £99). To avoid this fee, we strongly recommend booking early and submitting all required documents promptly. This urgent fee does not apply to repeat customers.

Late rescheduling fee: 

From 1 March 2026, appointments that are rescheduled within 7 days of the appointment date will incur a £30 late rescheduling fee. This fee does not apply to rescheduling more than 7 days in advance and may be waived in genuine emergency situations.
